The oil change was well done. My 1977 Cadillac Eldorado parked outside started multiple times, but wouldn’t keep running when I stepped off the gas pedal. I opened the hood and no sooner than I did that a mechanic and the owner of Eric’s Automotive came out and immediately diagnosed what was the problem. A hose had somehow become disconnected to the air cleaner and carburetor and was affecting the vacuum setting. It was quickly cut, reattached and the far end of it temporarily plugged so that the engine could run properly. Solution found. Thank you for your quick diagnosis and for fixing it on the spot.
