I am really Happy with service provided by Eric's Automotive on a many levels (Time- Quick and Efficient, Customer service - information provided and accommodation our time sensitive situation, Quality of work). We had issue with breaks grinding noise, just before planned family vacation. 2 days before planned trip. Our car is 2012 Lexus RX350. Lots of driving. Almost 200K KM. Previously serviced at Lexus and Toyota dealerships. 1st time at this auto mechanic. Eric's Automotive took us same day when we called for diagnostic. In a few hours diagnostic was made - we knew what was happening with our car. We received email with report what is happening with our car with Images of the problems! I was able to make an informed decision about car repair. I really like this report and surprised why I have never seen this type of report from big dealerships. Customer service Korey - he was excellent - patiently explaining and answering all my questions. 9:03 am next day, morning of our planned trip - we received phone call that car is ready! Amazing! This level of service only possible in a small shops were car and clients treated as a family member. They also cleaned our car. Thank you for this! And offered drop off and pick up. Which is extremely convenient! Car is driving like a new. Quiet and smooth. Thank you to all team - Eric, Korey and Michael!
